Terms of Service

PostLesson lets coaches record a voice note after a lesson, generate a written progress report from it, and email that report to a student or parent. The report text is produced with the help of AI and is provided as a draft for you to review.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You are responsible for the content you record and send. Before recording lessons, storing a student’s information, or emailing reports — especially about minors — you must have the necessary permission from the parent or guardian. You agree to use PostLesson lawfully and not to send unwanted or inappropriate messages through it.

PostLesson offers a paid plan at $15 per month or $144 per year. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime and will keep access through the end of your current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You own the voice notes, transcripts, and reports you create. You grant us the limited license needed to process and store that content in order to provide the service to you.

Reports are generated automatically and may contain errors. Always review a report before sending it. You are responsible for the final content of anything you send to a student or parent.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostLesson is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
